ORDER AND PURCHASE

Kindly ensure you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colors/sizes before checking out. The Delighted Chaos will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong colors/sizes are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.

Kindly input a valid and whole address, including your mobile number. Orders with incomplete/incorrect information may result in delayed delivery. A re-delivery fee will apply if parcel is returned.

We only accept payment via SenangPay. 

All prices are final upon payment checkout. Refunds will strictly not be allowed in the event item purchased is available on sale thereafter.

The Delighted Chaos reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for reasons such as:

  • Product ordered is no longer available in stock.
  • Payment is not completed and notified to us within 24 hours upon receiving order invoice.
  • We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment and/or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.


PREORDER

  • Preorder are open for items which are not made available yet in ready stock.
  • Estimated time of arrival (ETA) may differ among items even under similar preorder batch. Kindly refer individual product page for the correct estimated time of arrival.
  • Ready stock will be made available if there is an extra release.
  • Any changes in time arrival of stock or if the preorder item is out of stock (due to unforeseen circumstances) after placing a successful order, you will be notified separately through email.

DELIVERY

Preorders will be shipped out within the timeline below:

  • Malaysia & Singapore:15-30 working days
  • Other countries: 20-45 working days

All orders are shipped out according to order number, we do not combine orders.

All shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated automatically when your check out.

For any lost of parcels, we shall assist in claiming back funds. Once the refund (from courier company) is cleared, we will make the refund in the form of online transfer cash to you. We will not refund if the courier company didnt provide any refund since it is out of our control after posted out.

(*Remarks: Your parcel delivery are under the responsibility of courier service providers)


REPRESENTATION OF ITEM

The Delighted Chaos is a purchasing agent. In case of product defects and other problems, it is not possible to return, exchange or compensate.

Measurements stated may vary 0.5 – 1cm as items are mass produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect. Exchange is available at your own cost.

For printed items, please note that placement of prints will differ slightly for every piece due to fabric placement.

Colors shown may slightly varies on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications. As such, colors may be shown with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues. This will not be considered as defects/wrong item. Return & exchange is available at your own cost.

Items with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.


 BOUNCED PARCEL DUE TO NO COLLECTION BY RECEIVER

Customers will be contacted should we receive any return parcel bearing their name.

Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer. The Delighted Chaos will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part. Further details regarding the re-delivery will be provided to the customer.

The Delighted Chaos reserves the right to deny any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.

Any unclaimed bounced parcels after 30 days grace period will be forfeited.


CONSULTATION OF SIZING

Kindly consult us for sizing/fitting matter priorly if you are unsure. Do make sure to well-prepared your body measurement to ensure efficient advising from us. Our advise will solely be just a recommendation based on your provided measurement and our fitting knowledge. Arielle Store will not be held liable if the recommendation does not fit.
