Refund and Return Policy


The Delighted Chaos provides a Korea proxy service and hence, all items sold are non-returnable and non-refundable due to change of mind / dissatisfaction of the product quality. 


※ Please note that we only accept exchanges/returns under the following conditions:

  • If there is a mistake in your order due to a packing error (e.g., missing products or wrongly packed orders).
  • If the products are damaged during the delivery process upon arrival (proven with an unboxing video).
  • Kindly contact our customer service team (support@ariellestore.com) within 7 days from the date of order received.
  • Return your items within 7 days from the date of return approval received.
  • In the state of good condition: undamaged (return parcel packing is under buyer responsibility), unaltered, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging along with order invoice.

※ Receive cash refund or store credit coupon refund.

 

What if my items are damaged upon arrival?

  • For Album, Season Greetings, Merchandises or any other Kpop related items,  exterior box damages (slight scratches, dents or any minor tear) will be not accepted as damaged items.
  • As for photocard, any scratches will be not taken as damages. Only folded or tear will be accepted as damaged items.
  • Product return request must be made within 7 working days from date received (proven with an unboxing video).
  • Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt.
  • The return item must be handed over to the courier company within 7 business days upon The Delighted Chaos approval of your request.
  • Items bought from sale and promotional events (e.g. Anniversary or X'MAS) are not eligible for return and exchange.
  • Any shipping costs associated with the return of the item(s) will NOT be covered by The Delighted Chaos. 
  • The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the returned item until it reaches us. The Delighted Chaos will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product prior to The Delighted Chaos receiving it.
  • The customer is advised to pack the returned item securely to avoid any damages to the item, shipping box, or its original packaging.
  • For refunds, you will be credited with the full value of the product, excluding the EMS, Service Charges, Malaysian shipping fee and voucher used.
  • Any items returned without The Delighted Chaos’s approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender. 
  • Please keep a copy of airwaybill, parcel exterior and unboxing video as proof.

Is there any warranty on my purchases?
If your item come with a warranty, it must be claimed with the manufacturer. Kindly note that you will need to ship the product back to Korea for repairs.

Any shipping costs associated with the return of the item(s) will NOT be covered by The Delighted Chaos. 

What will I get back after returning the item(s)?
You can choose to have either a prorated refund (if order has applied promotion code) to your bank account (within 1 ~ 14 working days); or exchange a new product with same product value.

Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed.

To make the process run smoother and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition and your order details for record purpose.

How long will it take to receive my refund/new item(s)?
Please allow a minimum of 15 working days from the date we receive your return package.

Refund will based on customer actual paid - Final payment to refund, voucher cannot change into cash term.
